Outreach & Partnerships Specialist
We are looking for an Outreach & Partnerships Specialist to help build strategic partnerships, develop grant applications and reports. You will play a key role in showcasing the impact of our projects in culture, media, and civic activism. This is a great opportunity to work with international organizations and local partners and secure support for changemakers and cultural leaders.
Together with us, you will:
Identify new opportunities to grow our organization and secure funding for projects
Build and maintain relationships with donors, businesses, and partner organizations
Develop partnership packages and proposals for corporate and donor organizations
Draft grant applications and progress reports for international partners
Craft inspiring stories and case studies that highlight the impact of our work
Manage project deadlines and reporting calendars
Collaborate with the team to stay updated on ongoing projects and events
Support the development of media and civic activism initiatives alongside cultural projects
This job will suit you if you:
Have experience in fundraising, partnerships, or a related field
Possess excellent writing and communication skills
Have experience in grant proposals and reporting to implementers, international organizations based in European Union or USA (Scandinavian funding programs, Creative Europe and other EU-based programs, USAID funded implementers, etc)
Are passionate about the cultural and creative sectors or have a strong interest in them
Are fluent in English (Upper Intermediate or higher)
Are organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ideally, have an EU residence permit and Individual Entrepreneurship
