OUR TEAM
The CreateCulture Group team was founded in 2022 by Nadzeya Ilkevich and Tatsiana Shteinbuk with the goal of combining their diverse experience and bringing a fresh approach to the development of Belarus’s cultural, creative, and social sectors.
We have brought together a team of talented and passionate individuals who turn their creative ideas into reality.

Collaboration
Collaborative projects, initiatives, and programs are an opportunity not only to contribute more to the development of culture but also to learn from each other and provide mutual support. We are open to proposals for festivals, art residencies, and educational projects.
EXperience
Our team has experience and can assist with facilitating masterminds, networking sessions, and other activities that will enhance the effectiveness of your project or program. We can also offer expertise for your educational program in fundraising, project design, project management, and event organization.
EVENTS
We love designing and managing relevant and high-quality meetups, networking events, forums, and other gatherings ranging from 20 to 1,000 participants. These events can take place in Vilnius or other cities, in our space or at various venues.
In addition to carrying out our own program activities, we love creating a variety of projects and initiatives together with other colleagues, as well as helping to organize events, provide consultations, act as speakers, and conduct practical workshops.
