Our mission is to support the professional growth of people and communities of the Belarusian culture & creative sector. We want to be the change, the reliance and the inspiration for those who are brave enough to dream and make things happen.
Our values are everything we do, based on mutual respect, trust & transparency, so we expect the same from our partners and colleagues. We take responsibility for everything we do and are not afraid to make decisions, take action and learn from our mistakes.
Our projects and initiatives are related to cultural management, community development, informal education and cross-sector collaboration.
CreateCulture Group was founded in 2022 by Nadzeya Ilkevich and Tatsiana Shteynbuk with the aim of bringing together diverse experiences and introducing a fresh approach to the development of Belarus' cultural, creative and civic sectors.
We have assembled a team of talented and passionate individuals who embody their creative ideas in reality. We constantly strive to improve our work and grow alongside our projects. Our team is open to new talents! We always welcome new participants who share our passion for culture and creativity!
Partnership with us
We like to work with our colleagues on different projects and activities that support our programs. We also help arrange events, give consultations, speak publicly and run hands-on workshops.
We love to design and manage relevant and high-quality meetups, networking events, forums and other gatherings for 20 to 1000 people. It can be in Vilnius or in another city, on our premises, or in other venues.
Our team has experience and can assist in facilitating workshops and networking sessions that will increase the effectiveness of your project or program. We can also lend our expertise to your educational programs on fundraising, project design, project management, event management and more.
